In this 60-minute, live virtual class, you will build strength, balance, and flexibility, as you move through the classical Pilates mat sequence of exercises. This balanced, low-impact, mind-body workout engages every muscle group safely, efficiently, and effectively, using your own body as resistance. The open level format provides modifications as well as challenging variations, and the live instruction allows for personalized corrections and feedback. All you need is a mat, a computer, and a little room to move!
